At ONLink Health Law Consulting, founder Onnaedo Nwankwo brings together a rare blend of business insight, clinical expertise, and legal training to deliver strategic guidance to healthcare clients. She earned her degree in Economics with a minor in Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin, building a strong understanding of market dynamics, organizational strategy, and the business principles essential for success.
This foundation continues to shape her approach to advising healthcare providers, ensuring that every solution is both operationally sound and strategically aligned.
Onnaedo’s healthcare journey began with the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Her hands-on clinical experience provided an intimate understanding of patient care, provider workflows, and the ethical and regulatory considerations inherent in healthcare delivery.
This perspective equips her to offer compliance and business formation solutions that are grounded in real-world practice. She later earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Seattle University School of Law, concentrating on health law and compliance.
Today, Onnaedo leverages her interdisciplinary background to serve as an efficient, well-versed advisor to individual providers, small practices, and nonprofits. Her work bridges the gap between business operations, clinical realities, and regulatory requirements—empowering healthcare organizations to meet compliance standards and achieve sustainable growth.
